I think digital entitlement is the way to go, it’s easier and simple. People just need to know how to do it right during the initial upgrade.
I like where things are going with Windows 10.
Privacy? People always are going to have concerns about privacy :)

I feel lucky to have joined the Windows Insider Program :D Even though I used the dualboot method to preview it (back then), it seems the digital entitlement method was the used to activate Windows 10!
Bah, who needs 7 or 8.1 now! And let’s see people’s reactions to Microsoft’s response about privacy…
