This update also re-enabled any User Principal Name (UPN) display in user-driven mode (UDM) deployments for approved manufacturers.<\/li>\n<li>Reduced the overhead of resource contention in high input\/output operations per second (IOPS) scenarios that have many threads contending on a single file.<\/li>\n<li>Improved the reliability of a push-button reset after an OS upgrade.<\/li>\n<li>Fixed an issue that makes the tenant restrictions event logging channel inaccessible if you remove the EN-US language pack.<\/li>\n<li>Fixed an issue that prevents troubleshooters from opening.<\/li>\n<li>Updated the Remove-Item cmdlet to interact with Microsoft OneDrive folders properly.<\/li>\n<li>Fixed an issue that causes certain docking stations to lose internet connectivity when waking from Sleep mode.<\/li>\n<li>Added functionality that caches additional audio endpoint information to improve the OS upgrade experience.<\/li>\n<li>Fixed an issue that might cause consecutive video clip playback to fail in games that use DX12.<\/li>\n<li>Fixed an issue that affects certain games that use the XAudio API to play sound effects.<\/li>\n<li>Fixed an issue that causes port mapping conflicts for containers.<\/li>\n<li>Fixed an issue that causes Code Integrity to continue trusting a file after the file has been modified.<\/li>\n<li>Fixed an issue that might cause Windows to stop working when you enable Windows Defender Application Control with the Intelligent Security Graph feature turned on.<\/li>\n<li>Fixed an issue that affects the height of the Search box when you use multiple monitors that have different resolutions as measured dots per inch (DPI).<\/li>\n<li>Fixed an issue that prevents the Storage Migration Service (SMS) from completing inventory on servers that have many shares. The system logs error event 2509 in Microsoft-Windows-StorageMigrationService\/Admin channel (ErrorId=-2146233088\/ErrorMessage=\u201dInvalid table id\u201d).<\/li>\n<li>Fixed an issue that causes the Windows profile service to fail sporadically. The failure might occur when signing in. The error message is, \u201cgpsvc service failed to sign in. Access denied\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h2>Older releases of Windows 10<\/h2>\n<p>The company is also rolling out the <a href=\"https:\/\/support.microsoft.com\/en-us\/topic\/august-9-2022-kb5016623-os-build-17763-3287-c7a0bb3a-4083-4cd0-b9ad-119d9267628b\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">update KB5016623<\/a> for version 1809 bumping the build number to 17763.3287), and it includes the previously available non-security fixes and improvements <a href=\"https:\/\/support.microsoft.com\/en-us\/topic\/july-21-2022-kb5015880-os-build-17763-3232-preview-1c984723-cdf0-4a24-9a4f-5df11d3024a1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">released on July 21<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, Windows 10 1607 received the <a href=\"https:\/\/support.microsoft.com\/en-us\/topic\/august-9-2022-kb5016622-os-build-14393-5291-19fa46af-be4b-4717-b711-8499777e13a8\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">update KB5016622<\/a> that bumps the version to build 14393.5291, and it addresses several problems. Finally, Windows 10 1507 is getting the <a href=\"https:\/\/support.microsoft.com\/en-us\/topic\/august-9-2022-kb5016639-os-build-10240-19387-e91da780-e973-4388-97af-04f456f20a68\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">update KB5016639<\/a> which increases the version to build 10240.19387 and fixes a bunch of issues.<\/p>\n<h2>Download update KB5016616 for Windows 10<\/h2>\n<p>The update is available immediately and will download and install automatically, but you can always <a href=\"https:\/\/pureinfotech.com\/install-updates-windows-10\/\">force the update<\/a> from <strong>Settings\u00a0<\/strong>&gt;\u00a0<strong>Update &amp;
