You can disable this under <strong>Settings<\/strong> &gt; <strong>Data Controls<\/strong> &gt; toggle off\u202f<strong>&#8220;Improve the model for everyone.&#8221; <\/strong><\/li>\n<li>For ChatGPT Team, Enterprise, and API users, data is not used for training by default.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>OpenAI, by default, records and uses your conversations with ChatGPT to train its <a href=\"https:\/\/pureinfotech.com\/tag\/ai\">AI<\/a> models, whether you use the chatbot on the web or with the <a href=\"https:\/\/pureinfotech.com\/install-chatgpt-app-windows-11-10\/\">Windows 11 app<\/a>. Something, you may or may not know already. However, what you probably didn&#8217;t know (because they don&#8217;t want you to turn it off) is that at any time, you can disable this functionality to protect your privacy a little more.<\/p>\n<p>The feature is only turned on by default for the consumer version of ChatGPT, Codex, and Sore.
