Also, because problems can strike from many directions, <a href=\"https:\/\/pureinfotech.com\/tag\/windows-10\/\">Windows 10<\/a> provides several ways to access these tools.<\/p>\n<p>This <a href=\"https:\/\/pureinfotech.com\/tag\/how-to\/\">guide<\/a> will teach you five ways to access the Advanced startup options, either when you are still running the operating system or the computer is steps:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<p>Open <strong>Settings <\/strong>on Windows 10.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Click on <strong>Update &amp; Security<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Click on\u00a0<strong>Recovery<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Under the &#8220;Advanced startup&#8221; section, click the <strong>Restart<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" Recovery Environment quickly.<\/p>\n<h3>Start menu<\/h3>\n<p>To use the power menu in the Start menu to access the advanced boot settings on Windows 10, use these steps:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<p>Open <strong>Start<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Click the <strong>Power<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Press and hold the <strong>Shift<\/strong> key and click the <strong>Restart<\/strong> href=\"https:\/\/pureinfotech.com\/create-bootable-usb-windows-10\/\">create a bootable installation media<\/a>\u00a0and then use these steps:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<p>Start the device with the USB bootable media.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Click the\u00a0<strong>Next<\/strong>\u00a0button.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Click the &#8220;<strong>Repair your computer&#8221;<\/strong> option in the Advanced startup (WinRE) from Automatic Repair<\/h2>\n<p>If Windows 10 doesn&#8217;t start on your device, and you don&#8217;t have the operating system installation files, then use the steps:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<p>Press the power button.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Immediately after the Power-On Self-Test (POST), and you see the blue Windows logo, press the power button again to shut down.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Repeat steps<strong>\u00a01<\/strong> and<strong>\u00a02<\/strong> twice. In the third restart, the operating system should enter into the Windows Recovery Environment (Windows RE), where many diagnostic tests will be performed to fix any booting issues.
